Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at pixelonlabs.com and all mobile applications published by Pixelon Labs ("we", "us", or "our"), including OK Attendance: Work & Study and Odia Calendar 2026 - Panjika.
By installing, accessing, or using our website or applications, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. License to Use Our Applications
Pixelon Labs grants you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use our mobile applications on personal Android devices solely for your lawful personal or organizational productivity purposes in accordance with these Terms.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
All rights, title, and interest in and to our applications and website—including but not limited to source code, algorithms, software architectures, user interfaces, branding, visual graphics, icons, and logos—are the exclusive property of Pixelon Labs and Subhransu Sekhar. You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of our software, except as permitted by applicable law.
3. User Responsibilities & On-Device Data
Because Pixelon Labs applications operate with an offline-first architecture:
- Data Responsibility: You are solely responsible for managing, exporting, and backing up your locally stored attendance records, wage calculations, and duty logs.
- Google Drive Backups: If you utilize the Google Drive backup feature in OK Attendance, backups are stored in your own Google Account. You are responsible for safeguarding your Google account credentials.
- Device Management: Clearing application cache or storage in Android settings or uninstalling the app will permanently erase your local database records unless a backup was created.
4. Third-Party Integrations & Services
Our applications may connect to or integrate third-party services, including:
- Google Play Services: For application distribution, in-app updates, and licensing.
- Google Drive API: For optional user-initiated private cloud snapshots in OK Attendance.
- Google Mobile Ads (AdMob): For displaying advertisements in ad-supported tiers.
Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. Pixelon Labs does not control and is not liable for third-party service availability or changes.
5. Disclaimers of Warranties
OUR APPLICATIONS AND WEBSITE ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
- Attendance & Wage Calculations: Calculations provided by OK Attendance (such as 75% attendance thresholds, eligible bunk counts, and wage estimations) are automated productivity aids and should be independently verified against your institution's or employer's official records.
- Astronomical Calculations: In Odia Calendar 2026, Tithi, Nakshatra, and Muhurta timings are calculated based on mathematical astronomical models. While crafted for extreme precision, variations may occur across specific panjika traditions.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pixelon Labs and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including data loss, missed attendance quotas, lost wages, or device malfunctions arising from the use or inability to use our applications.
7. Termination
You may terminate these Terms at any time by uninstalling all Pixelon Labs applications and discontinuing use of our website. We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue any of our software at our discretion.
