OK Attendance connects directly to your own Google Account using Google's official Sign-In SDK. We request only the restricted drive.appdata permission. This allows the app to store its database snapshot in a private, hidden application folder in your personal Google Drive.

The app cannot view, browse, read, or modify any other files in your Google Drive. Furthermore, Pixelon Labs has no servers intermediary to this connection—your data travels directly between your device and Google's secure servers.

1. On your old phone, open Settings → Google Drive Backup and tap Backup Now to ensure your latest attendance entries are synced.

2. Install OK Attendance on your new phone and open Settings → Google Drive Backup.

3. Sign in with the exact same Google Account and tap Restore from Drive. Your subjects, attendance logs, timetables, and shift records will be imported immediately.

The app calculates your current attendance percentage as (Attended Classes / Total Conducted Classes) × 100. Based on your target criteria (e.g. 75%):

• If you are above 75%, it calculates the exact number of upcoming classes you can safely miss ("bunk") without dropping below 75%.
• If you are below 75%, it computes the exact number of consecutive classes you must attend to recover your compliance.

Yes! Navigate to the Reports tab in the app. You can select a custom date range (or monthly summary) and choose to export either a clean, printable PDF document or a structured CSV/Excel spreadsheet ready to share with employers, administrators, or personal archives.

Absolutely. In the app, navigate to Settings → Reset All Data. This permanently wipes all tables and records from your on-device SQLite database. You can also delete your Google Drive cloud snapshot from the backup settings screen.

Yes. All Panchanga calculations, festivals, holidays, and auspicious timings for the entire year 2026 are bundled directly within the app code. An internet connection is only used to refresh non-intrusive advertisements when connected.

Tap the language toggle icon in the top app bar on the main calendar screen to instantly switch all month names, tithis, nakshatras, and festival descriptions between Odia (ଓଡ଼ିଆ) and English.
